Obama's Village - Kenya

August 2008 Thrust into the spotlight and aiming to become one of the world's most powerful people, it is hard to imagine that Barak Obama's roots lie in what can only be described as an extremely humble Kenyan village. Here we meet the family members and characters that have served to shape Barak's early life. Mama Sara, Barak's grandmother, tells us "Barack is a son of this village. He's a very kind man. He loves development. He likes peace and he loves me." We also learn of the hopes and aspirations of the villagers, along with the future developments in Kenya that the senator may bring.
