an abscess is an infection under your skin.. to remove them, the doctors fills it up with a drug that numbs it(using a needle), cuts it about a half of an inch deep by how ever long it needs to be (pending on size of infection), drains it, cleans it, and stuffs it with guoss using a hook-like tool so the wound stays open for 48-72 hours to finish draining... after that, the video is how its finished..
